WorthTrail Support

For help, bug reports, privacy questions, or feature requests, open an issue in the WorthTrail support tracker.

Please do not include account numbers, exact portfolio values, passwords, API keys, or other sensitive financial information.

Quick Help

  • Market prices depend on the data sources enabled under Settings > Data Sources & Status. The status check uses the same quote endpoint as live refreshes. A provider such as Yahoo Finance may be unavailable or restricted on some networks.
  • Custom assets can be used when a public quote is unavailable.
  • Create snapshots from the Assets tab to populate history and the P&L Calendar.
  • Edit an asset to record a position increase or decrease, with an optional execution price and custom time. These records keep historical quantities accurate and are included in encrypted local backups and the latest private iCloud backup.
  • Tap the eye beside Net Worth to hide amounts in the app.
  • Add WorthTrail from the iOS Home Screen widget gallery. The privacy widget shows only percentage change and a trend line.
  • Password-protected local backups can be exported and restored from Settings.
  • Restore a Pro purchase from the Pro screen in Settings.
  • WorthTrail has no user account. Local data is removed when the app is deleted; iCloud-synced data can be managed in iCloud settings.

支持与反馈
